About the Role

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations while serving as the face of the restaurant during service. This role requires a confident, highly visible leader with strong hospitality instincts, exceptional team leadership skills, and experience managing high-volume, upscale restaurant and nightlife-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintain a strong floor presence during peak service
• Uphold brand standards across service, guest experience, and overall atmosphere
• Lead, mentor, and develop the management and service teams
• Recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent
• Manage guest relations, VIP experiences, and issue resolution with professionalism and discretion
• Collaborate closely with ownership and senior leadership on operational strategy
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and cost controls while maintaining service excellence
• Drive revenue through exceptional service execution, events, and brand activations
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior FOH leader in high-volume, upscale restaurant and/or nightlife concepts
• Proven experience managing large teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and nightlife-driven operations
• Financial acumen, including labor management and operational cost controls
• Polished, guest-facing leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Experience working with engaged ownership in brand-forward concepts
• Miami market experience strongly preferred
